Thessaloniki: 75-year-old in Critical Condition After Fall From Balcony

A 75-year-old man is hospitalized in critical condition after falling from a third-floor balcony in the Toumpa area of Thessaloniki. The incident occurred on Sunday afternoon.

According to thesstoday.gr, the man fell under unclear circumstances. The EKAV ambulance service arrived at the scene with paramedics and an ambulance.

The EKAV crew, according to the Thessaloniki EKAV Workers' Union, followed the prescribed protocols, immobilizing and stabilizing the patient. The man was intubated on the spot and transported to Ippokratio Hospital.

An ambulance and a Mobile Medical Unit participated in the rescue operation, with four paramedics and an EKAV doctor.
