Thebes: 72-Year-Old Found Dead on Hospital Rooftop

A 72-year-old man was found dead on the rooftop of the General Hospital of Thebes on Monday (July 28). According to e-sterea.gr, the man had visited the hospital's emergency room on Saturday (July 26), reporting a health problem.

He apparently lost his bearings and climbed an external staircase leading to the building's roof. The body was found in an advanced state of decomposition by a cleaning worker.

The body was transferred for a forensic examination, while the Police Directorate of Viotia is conducting an investigation into the case.
