Heraklion: 4-Month-Old Baby Found Dead

A four-month-old baby was found dead on Saturday morning in Heraklion, Crete.

The tragic incident occurred in a village within the Municipality of Heraklion, around 10 a.m. The mother found the baby boy dead in his crib and immediately alerted the authorities.

An ambulance from EKAV rushed to the scene, but it was already too late. The infant's body was transferred to the morgue for autopsy.

The exact causes of death will be determined by the forensic examination. The Hellenic Police (EL.AS.) has been informed and is investigating the case.
