Tragedy in Omonia: 15-year-old falls from hotel balcony

A 15-year-old student from France died after falling from a hotel balcony in Omonia, Athens.

The tragic incident occurred on Thursday evening when the teenager fell from the 3rd floor of a hotel on Solomou and 3rd Septemvriou Street. The 15-year-old was taken to the Children's Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The student was in Athens as part of a school trip. The Hellenic Police (EL.AS.) is investigating the circumstances of the tragedy and taking statements from classmates and teachers.
