Truck Accident in Lamia: National Road Covered in Flour

A traffic accident occurred on Monday afternoon at the Mavromantila junction on the Lamia-Thessaloniki National Road when two trucks collided.

According to lamianow.gr, a 47-year-old Greek driver from Thessaloniki crashed into the back of a truck driven by a Bulgarian citizen. The Greek driver was trapped in the cabin and transported to Lamia Hospital for precautionary checks. The Bulgarian driver was not injured.

One of the trucks was carrying flour, which spilled onto the road, causing traffic difficulties. Lamia Traffic Police are conducting a preliminary investigation.
