Chania: Murder Charge for 23-Year-Old in Intentional Homicide Case

The 23-year-old accused in the murder of his 52-year-old cousin in Elos Kissamou has been granted a deadline to testify next Saturday.

The 23-year-old faces charges of intentional homicide in a calm mental state, as well as অস্ত্র possession. His lawyer, Giorgos Frantzeskakis, stated that the 23-year-old is shocked and remorseful for his actions.

According to the Hellenic Police (ELAS), the murder weapon has been found. The wife of the 52-year-old stated that the two families had long-standing disputes and that the victim had been attacked in the past.

The 23-year-old was led to the Chania courts wearing a bulletproof vest.
