Chania: Serious Injury in Hit-and-Run Accident

A serious injury occurred in a hit-and-run accident in Chania, on the old national road of Chania - Kissamos, near the Keritis river bridge.

The motorcycle driver, in an attempt to avoid a car that entered the road from an intersection, lost control and fell into reeds, resulting in a broken arm. The vehicle involved left the scene and is being searched for by the authorities.

An ambulance of ΕΚΑΒ rushed to the scene and transported the injured man to the Chania hospital.
