NTUA: Ranked Top Greek University for 2025

The National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) has been ranked first among Greek universities for the third consecutive year, according to the annual report by the Hellenic Authority for Higher Education (HAHE).

This ranking determines the allocation of state funding to the country's 23 Higher Education Institutions by the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports.

NTUA has consistently held the top position since 2023, with its overall score increasing by 353 points compared to 2024.

The evaluation criteria include continuous improvement of academic activities, research excellence, connection with society and the labor market, internationalization, and the quality of the university environment.

The Rector of NTUA, Professor Ioannis K. Hatzigeorgiou, congratulated the academic community for the top ranking, emphasizing the importance of the institution's high quality standards.
