Gikas Xenakis, executive chef at Aleria restaurant, discusses with Nana Dareioti on the podcast "Nana, I'm Hungry" about the transition of Greek cuisine to fine dining menus.

They mentioned Epikouros, whom Xenakis "discovered" at the all-day cafe Breeze in Agia Paraskevi in 2011, and his current career at Aleria, where for 14 years he has been creating one of the most influential fine dining concepts in Athens.
