Mitsotakis: Emotion over photos of the 200 of Kaisariani

Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis expressed his emotion upon viewing the photographs of the execution of the 200 of Kaisariani. He stated that he felt "emotion, a shiver, but also pride."

Mr. Mitsotakis emphasized that the photographs constitute a "unique testimony of Nazi brutality" and at the same time highlight "the greatness of our people's struggle against fascism."

He also noted that the Ministry of Culture will undertake the management and promotion of the photographs, while copies will be given to the families of the executed.

"The message of the 200 of Kaisariani was one: a free and democratic Greece," he characteristically stated.
