Princess Irene: Body arrives in Athens – Burial at Tatoi

The body of Princess Irene has arrived at the Metropolitan Cathedral of Athens, where it will be laid in state for public viewing. The princess passed away on Thursday, January 15, on the day of the memorial service for her brother, the late King Constantine.

The funeral service will be held at 12:00 at the Cathedral of Athens, followed by the burial at the Royal Cemetery in Tatoi, according to her wish to be buried next to her brother and parents.
