President Christodoulides in Thessaloniki for Saint Demetrius Celebration

President Christodoulides is in Thessaloniki, invited by the Greek authorities, to participate in the celebrations for Saint Demetrius.

Tomorrow, he will attend the doxology at the Holy Church of Saint Demetrius, along with the President of the Hellenic Republic, Konstantinos Tasoulas. An official lunch will follow.

In the afternoon, President Christodoulides will inaugurate the Chair of Cypriot Studies at Aristotle University and deliver the celebratory speech for the liberation of Thessaloniki and the epic of 1940.
