AAΔE (Independent Authority for Public Revenue) is proceeding with property auctions throughout Greece, offering purchasing opportunities with starting prices from 975 euros. The properties include apartments, warehouses, plots of land, and commercial spaces, which have been seized due to debts.

The auctions are conducted through the eauction.gr platform and concern properties in various regions, such as Attica, Thessaloniki, Trikala, Chania, Kavala, and Viotia. Starting prices vary depending on the type and location of the property.

Indicatively available:

• Apartments in Attica and Thessaloniki with prices from 80,000 to 250,000 euros.
• Warehouses from 975 euros.
• Commercial properties from 40,000 euros.
• Plots of land up to 3.2 million euros.
• Agricultural plots with prices from 7,100 to 1,488,500 euros.

AAΔE aims to collect overdue debts, while also giving debtors the opportunity to settle their debts to avoid auction.

According to the legislation, before the auction, the tax administration notifies the debtor with an individual notice. The debtor has the option to include their debts in a settlement program to suspend the auction.
