Aegean: Santorini Leads in Short-Term Rentals, Paros in Revenue

The short-term rental market in the Aegean Islands shows strong dynamics, according to a survey by Prosperty. Santorini holds the first place in active listings, while Paros has the highest estimated revenue.
In total, the Aegean Islands record 24,946 active listings. Santorini leads with 5,306 properties, followed by Rhodes (3,913), Mykonos (3,506), and Paros (3,453).
Milos has the highest average occupancy rate (27.1%), while Santorini follows with 24.3%. Mykonos has the highest average daily rate (€723), with Antiparos following at €476.
Paros holds the first place in estimated annual revenue with €20,300 per property, while Santorini follows with €20,000. According to Prosperty, the actual revenue is approximately 43% higher when all platforms are considered.
