Acropolis View Properties Sold for Millions

Neoclassical properties in Athens with views of the Acropolis are changing hands for millions of euros, maintaining their value in the market. A Swiss businessman bought a corner neoclassical building overlooking the Sacred Rock for 4 million euros. At the same time, a Greek businessman bought a penthouse with Acropolis view for 2 million euros.

In addition, a neoclassical building under renovation in Plaka was sold for 4 million euros to a Greek buyer. While the southern suburbs are showing a relative slowdown, the center of Athens and the view of the Acropolis remain a stable value for buyers from home and abroad.
