AKTOR: Transaction with Ellaktor Completed

AKTOR Group announced the completion of the acquisition transaction of AKTOR ATE from Ellaktor. Within 19 months, a total of €224 million was paid for the price and intra-group loans.

According to the announcement, AKTOR Group has transformed into a strong investment group with a presence in sectors such as infrastructure, energy, concessions and PPPs, real estate and facility management services.

AKTOR Group has delivered significant projects received from AKTOR ATE, such as the Thessaloniki Metro and Patra – Pyrgos (Karaika – Gastouni section). Also, projects in Romania, VOAK, and elsewhere are ongoing.

AKTOR Group's share is above €6, at the highest point of the last 16 years, having increased by 25% since the beginning of 2025, with the valuation reaching €1.2 billion.
