DYPA: Applications Open for Skills Upgrade Programs

The Hellenic Public Employment Service (DYPA) announces the opening of applications for skills upgrade and retraining programs in high-demand sectors. The project is aimed at up to 114,384 employees in the private sector.
Continuing Vocational Training (SEK) providers can submit applications starting on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 14:00. The programs focus on digital, green skills, and financial literacy.
The programs last 150 hours and will be implemented remotely, with 149 hours of asynchronous and 1 hour of synchronous tele-training. Knowledge and skills certification will follow.
The program is implemented within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan "Greece 2.0" with funding from the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
