DYPA: €2,250 Voucher for the Unemployed – Who is Eligible?

The Public Employment Service (DYPA) has announced a new vocational training program, offering an educational allowance of up to €2,250 to thousands of unemployed individuals.
The program is aimed at 21,128 beneficiaries who will attend distance learning courses in high-demand sectors and receive recognized certification. The allowance amounts to €5 per training hour, with the maximum amount given for 450-hour programs.
The training covers the sectors of Industry, Manufacturing, Commerce, and Exports. Education is provided through licensed Lifelong Learning Centers or KEDIVIM of public universities, with at least 50% synchronous distance learning.
Eligible to participate are unemployed individuals over 18 years of age, registered in the DYPA Digital Register, who have completed at least compulsory education, have not participated in a previous program of the same action, are not participating in another program that overlaps in time, and consent to the use of personal data for employment purposes.
The payment of the allowance is made in two stages: 70% is paid upon completion of the training and participation in the exams, while the remaining 30% is given after successful certification.
