Athens Stock Exchange Renamed Euronext Athens

The Athens Stock Exchange is changing its name to "Euronext Athens." Shareholders approved a new, more flexible statute at the Extraordinary General Meeting of ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΑ ΧΡΗΜΑΤΙΣΤΗΡΙΑ-ΧΡΗΜΑΤΙΣΤΗΡΙΟ ΑΘΗΝΩΝ Α.Ε. ΣΥΜΜΕΤΟΧΩΝ, held on April 1, 2026.

The company is officially renamed "EURONEXT ATHENS HOLDING S.A." (distinctive title: “EURONEXT ATHENS”), fully aligning with Euronext's European market network.

In addition, the composition of the board of directors was determined to be between 5 and 9 members with a four-year term, and the convening of the Board of Directors via teleconference was legalized.

The listed company's announcement states that shareholders representing 79.2% of the shares were legally present at the Extraordinary General Meeting.
