Ivan Savvidis Visits Thessaloniki Port Authority Facilities

Ivan Savvidis, the major shareholder of OLTH S.A., visited the facilities of the Port of Thessaloniki. He met with company executives and was briefed on the progress of the expansion works of Pier 6, a landmark investment expected to significantly upgrade the port and create thousands of new jobs.

The expansion of Pier 6 will allow the port to serve container ships with a capacity of up to 24,000 TEU, enhancing its commercial activity and making it a reference point for the international supply chain.

Additionally, Mr. Savvidis inspected the restoration works of the historic PAEGAE building, a project by Dimera Land & Properties that aims to transform the building into a modern business center with LEED Gold certification.
