Hellenic Competition Commission Investigates Public's Supplier Relationships

The Hellenic Competition Commission will convene on November 4, 2025, to review a report on potential violations of competition law by PUBLIC RETAIL A.E. and its suppliers.

The investigation concerns potential vertical agreements in the markets of:

• School bags,
• Children's toys (excluding those related to computers),
• Large household appliances.

The proposed commitments of Public will also be examined at the meeting.
