Klarna Survey: Inflation Impacts Christmas Shopping in Greece

According to a Klarna survey in collaboration with Appinio, 95.1% of Greeks state that inflation will affect their Christmas shopping.
The survey, conducted in November 2025, showed that consumers are looking for more affordable products (46.9%), limiting spending on non-essential items (37.9%), and buying only when there are offers (31.3%).
More than half of consumers (50.7%) have set a specific budget. 39.1% have a budget between 101 and 250 euros.
Online searching and buying remains the dominant choice (51.2%). 42.4% would consider using Artificial Intelligence tools for shopping.
Over 27% of respondents have used Buy Now, Pay Later services, such as Klarna's payment in three interest-free installments.
