Sklavenitis Acquires 'Spitiki Kouzina'

Sklavenitis is acquiring the 'Spitiki Kouzina' chain, which belongs to the Salas Group. The acquisition includes 25 stores and the retention of the existing 75 jobs.

With this move, Sklavenitis aims to strengthen its position in the ready-to-eat food market. At the same time, the construction of a new ready-meal production unit in Magoula, Attica is underway, with a production capacity of 250,000 portions per day.
