Critical Decisions for Egnatia, Attiki Odos, and VOAK

2025 is expected to be a landmark year for road concessions, with Egnatia Odos in the final stretch of transfer, Attiki Odos planning strategic interventions, and VOAK awaiting the final agreement.

For Egnatia Odos, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport has activated the final stage of procedures for signing the handover protocol. An external consultant has been assigned to fully document the highway and its vertical axes.

At the same time, GEK TERNA is called upon to implement the upgrade of the Egnatia Odos tunnels from category E to category A, in order to allow the passage of vehicles carrying dangerous goods.
