New all-time high in short-term rentals in July 2025

Short-term rentals in Greece hit a new all-time high in July 2025, with 246,000 properties.

According to the statistical bulletin of the Hellenic Tourism Confederation (SETE), 236,000 properties were recorded in May 2025, a number that increased to 242,000 in June and reached 246,000 in July, the highest figure since January 2019.

A similar increase was observed in available beds, with 1,078,000 in July, up 57,000 compared to July 2024.
