New AI-Powered University Campus and Student Housing at Hellenikon Project

A new university campus featuring artificial intelligence (AI) and 1,000 student housing units will be built as part of the Hellenikon project. LAMDA Development is collaborating with the University of Nicosia (UNIC) for the construction of this campus.

Antonis Polemitis, CEO of UNIC, stated at the Prodexpo conference that the campus will be the first "post AI campus," with the universal adoption of AI technology in all functions.

The project will include modern private student residences and will integrate artificial intelligence systems.
