Premia Properties: 8% Increase in Investment Portfolio

Premia Properties announced that its total investment portfolio reached €533.8 million as of 30.06.2025, an 8% increase compared to €493.8 million on 31.12.2024.

The portfolio includes 67 properties with a total value of €503.5 million, distributed across various sectors such as logistics (29%), hotels (23%), and offices (19%), as well as participations totaling €30.3 million in joint ventures such as P&E Investments A.E. and Navarino Vineyards.

According to the company announcement, Premia continues to implement its business plan, following the successful €40 million capital increase in July 2025, aiming to create value for its shareholders.
