Piraeus Bank: Target Revision and €3 Billion Credit Expansion in 2025

Piraeus Bank is revising its targets upwards, estimating a credit expansion of €3 billion in 2025. In the first half of the year, the bank achieved a net increase in loans of €2.2 billion.
Of the total disbursements of €3.1 billion in the second quarter:
- Approximately €1.5 billion was channeled to businesses with structured financing and to shipping.
- Approximately €1.3 billion to small and medium-sized enterprises.
- Approximately €250 million to individuals.
Credit expansion was supported by all areas of business financing, while loans to households also increased.
