Premia Properties' Share Capital Increase Oversubscribed by 1.5 Times

PREMIA PROPERTIES successfully completed its €40 million share capital increase by issuing 30,769,230 new shares at a price of €1.30 per share, coordinated by Optima bank.

Total demand exceeded expectations, reaching €60.3 million, oversubscribing the amount by 1.5 times. €34.5 million was allocated through private placement to existing key and new shareholders, while €5.5 million was allocated through public offering.
