Tree Falls on Ermou Street Due to Strong Winds

A tree fell on Ermou Street in Athens due to strong winds. The incident occurred around 9:30 AM. The tree fell next to a pretzel vendor and near a tourist, but no injuries were reported.

Fire Department and EL.AS forces arrived at the scene. The Municipality of Athens has taken over the removal of the tree.

The incident occurred at the intersection of Ermou and Evangelistrias streets.
