Municipality of Athens: School supplies for 1,500 students from vulnerable families

The Municipality of Athens has started distributing school supplies to 1,500 students from vulnerable families. The distribution is carried out through the Citizen Assistance Hub, with items collected from donations by citizens, companies, and organizations.

School bags, pencils, notebooks, and other items are distributed to students of all levels, from kindergarten to high school.

The Mayor of Athens, Charis Doukas, thanked the sponsors and emphasized the importance of supporting the vulnerable.

The President of K.Y.A.D.A., Mina Fountzoula, mentioned that a literary book is also offered to each child.
