Fire in agricultural and forest area in Kefalonia

A fire broke out today, March 14, 2026, in an agricultural and forest area in the Alleimatas region of Kefalonia.

32 firefighters with 2 teams of the 16th EMODE and 8 vehicles are participating in the extinguishing operation. Volunteers and OTA water trucks are providing assistance.
