Fire at Recycling Plant in Moria, Mytilene: 112 Alert Issued

The fire at a plastic recycling plant in Moria, Mytilene is now showing a better picture. The fire broke out early Tuesday morning.

34 firefighters with 6 vehicles and two teams of foot patrols are operating at the scene. Earlier, an alert was sent from 112 to residents in the area to remain indoors with closed doors and windows due to the dense smoke.

The Fire Department announced that the fire is now under better control.
