Fire in Kokori, Aitoloakarnania: Evacuation Order via 112

A fire is currently burning in agricultural and forest land in the Kokori area of Aitoloakarnania. The fire broke out on Saturday.

35 firefighters with 1 mobile unit from the 6th EMODE and 13 vehicles, as well as local authority water trucks, are working to extinguish the fire. Two helicopters and two aircraft are providing aerial support.

A message was sent from 112 to evacuate residents from the areas of Evinochori and Kokori towards Patras.
