Fire in Prodromos, Viotia – 112 Alert Issued

A fire broke out on Thursday afternoon in Prodromos, Viotia. A 112 alert was issued to residents of the area to remain prepared.

43 firefighters with 1 team of foot patrols from the 4th EMODE, 15 vehicles, 2 aircraft, and 2 helicopters are operating in the area. Construction machinery and OTA water trucks are also assisting in the extinguishing effort.

The fire is burning grassland, and no residential areas are currently threatened.
