Georgiadis: 73 on-duty staff at Chania Hospital on August 15th

The Minister of Health, Adonis Georgiadis, referred to the on-call duty on August 15th at the General Hospital of Chania, sharing data provided by the hospital's director, Giorgos Beas.

According to Mr. Georgiadis' post, 73 people were on duty at the hospital, including 17 directors. Mr. Beas mentioned that there were 255 visits and 36 admissions, while cases such as domestic violence and traffic accidents were handled.

The Minister of Health commented that with such staffing, there can be no talk of a collapse of the National Health System (ΕΣΥ).
