No Damage to Schools in Achaia, Epirus, and Chios from Fires

The Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports, in collaboration with the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, conducted an inspection of schools in the areas affected by the recent fires in Achaia, Epirus, and Chios.

Following the completion of the inspections, it was found that there is no damage requiring repairs. The Minister of Education, Sofia Zaharaki, stated that the schools in these areas fortunately did not suffer any damage.

At the same time, the "Marietta Giannakou" operational upgrade program continues so that in September students and teachers can be welcomed to the best possible schools in terms of infrastructure and accessibility.
