Traffic Congestion: Delays on Kifisos, Kifissias and Attiki Odos

Difficult day for drivers in Attica, with increased traffic on the main roads from early morning.

On Kifisos Avenue, there are kilometer-long queues in both directions, especially in the section from Lenorman to Nea Chalkidona on the ascent towards Ktel, due to traffic accidents.

Increased traffic is also observed around the center of Athens, especially on Vasileos Konstantinou Avenue and Vasilissis Sofias Avenue.

On Attiki Odos, according to Attiki Odos Traffic, there are delays:

• Towards the Airport: 15'-20' from Metamorfosi junction to Kifissias junction.
• Towards Elefsina (Perif. Ymittou): 10'-15' from Plakentias junction to Kifissias junction.
• At the exits for Lamia: 10'-15'.
