33-year-old from Tepeleni goes viral for rescuing sheep in Achaia

Olsien Mutsobegka, a 33-year-old worker from Tepeleni, Albania, went viral for rescuing a sheep during the Achaia fire. The photo of him carrying the sheep on his motorcycle touched the public.

Olsien, who immigrated to Greece at the age of 3, has worked in various jobs and is married to a Greek woman, with whom he has two children. On the day of the fire, he was in the area to help the firefighters. He stated that he also saved other animals, including tied-up dogs.

The sheep, named Melpo, is now housed on a vegan farm along with other rescued animals from the fires.

Olsien Mutsobegka stated: "I'm crazy about animals."
