Patras: Illegal Parking Causes Train Delay

Disruption occurred in Patras when an illegally parked vehicle obstructed the operation of safety barriers at a railway crossing. According to reports, the vehicle was parked on Voreiou Ipeirou Street, preventing the barriers from lowering.

The OSE station master notified the Hellenic Police (EL.AS.), who rushed to the scene. Police officers fined the vehicle owner and administrative prosecution for endangering public safety is possible.
