Samothrace: 20-year-old injured after fall in Vathres

A 20-year-old is hospitalized in serious condition at the University Hospital of Alexandroupolis after falling in Vathres in Therma Paradise, Samothrace.
The young woman suffered fractures in her spine and other injuries. The Fire Department carried out a rescue operation as the area was difficult to access.
Initially, she was transferred to the Samothrace Health Center and then, by Coast Guard vessel, to Alexandroupolis. Her parents, who reside in Thessaloniki, arrived at the hospital.
Her condition is described as serious but stable. Further examinations are expected, and she is expected to be transferred to the Neurology clinic.
