Fire Alarm at Jumbo Store in Marousi

The Fire Department was alerted to a fire at a Jumbo store in Marousi following reports of smoke and a fire.

18 firefighters with 7 vehicles rushed to the scene, where they found thick smoke inside the store on Andrea Papandreou Street.

The fire, which was located near the entrance, was quickly extinguished. Damage was caused to the entrance and a figure.

For about half an hour, traffic on Andrea Papandreou Street was reduced to one lane.
