Young Woman Injured on Mount Olympus – Rescue Operation

A 25-year-old woman was injured in the leg while at Kokkinos Vrachos (Red Rock) on Mount Olympus. The rescue operation was carried out by 11 firefighters from the Fire Services of Litochoro and Katerini, as well as the 2nd EMAK.

The injured woman was transferred to a safe location and then picked up by an ambulance from EKAV.

The Fire Service confirmed the incident via Twitter on August 2, 2025.
