Traffic Accident in Heraklion: Woman Hit by Car

A stir occurred in the center of Heraklion on Saturday when a woman was hit by a passing car on Ikarou Avenue, near Eleftherias Square.

The woman was slightly injured and transported to Venizeleio Hospital by an EKAV ambulance for first aid. Traffic in the area was temporarily affected.

Authorities are investigating the circumstances of the accident.
