Volos: Elderly Man Found Dead in Apartment

A 90-year-old man was found dead in his apartment in Volos. His body was discovered in an advanced state of decomposition.

The elderly man lived with his 60-year-old son, who suffers from mental health issues and reportedly did not realize his father had died. According to magnesianews, the son was found lying in the same bed as his father and had not eaten for about a week.

The deceased's daughter notified the police after becoming concerned that she could not contact them. The elderly man's body and his son were taken to Volos Hospital.
