Androulakis on OPEKEPE: Fraud is different from 'black money'

The president of PASOK, Nikos Androulakis, accused the government of attempting to offset the OPEKEPE case, reiterating allegations of a 'blue criminal organization'.
During a parliamentary debate, Mr. Androulakis argued that there is a difference between illegal subsidies that end up with farmers and those that are converted into 'black political money'.
Referring to a PASOK member in Crete who returned subsidies, he said: 'Is a farmer from Crete legal when OPEKEPE automatically declares pastures in mainland Greece for him?'
Mr. Androulakis called for a distinction to be made between cases where farmers receive more subsidies for their own benefit and cases where subsidies are returned as 'black political money'.
