Androulakis: Support for firefighters and volunteers battling wildfires

The president of PASOK-KINAL, Nikos Androulakis, expressed his support for the firefighters, pilots, and volunteers fighting the wildfires. In a social media post, he mentioned that residents in Achaia, Chios, Zakynthos, Preveza, Kefalonia, Megara, Vonitsa, Arta, and Aitoloakarnania are being tested for the second day.

PASOK-KINAL, through a statement by Andreas Poulas and Michalis Chalaris, emphasized the need for a reformed Civil Protection system with an emphasis on prevention. They also criticized the government's treatment of volunteers.

Regarding the return of Mr. Mitsotakis from his vacation, PASOK-KINAL commented that he was late to return, sending the message that he was forced to do so under pressure.
