Responding, Haris Kastanidis, speaking on Action24, stated that he resigned as Minister of Transport in 1997 due to disagreements with the Simitis government regarding transparency in public works procurement. He also accused Nikos Androulakis of PASOK officials collaborating with the right-wing in various sectors.
