GPO Poll: ND Gains 1.8% – 51.7% Favor Single-Party Government

According to a GPO poll for Star, ND (New Democracy) gains 1.8% in voting intention. 51.7% of respondents want a single-party government, even if repeated elections are needed.

The poll also shows a 1.4% increase for PASOK, while other parties, except Nea Aristera and MeRA25, show a decrease.

Furthermore, the majority of citizens (over 60%) agree with the government's moves to strengthen Cyprus' defense, such as sending frigates and F-16s. However, only 33% agree with the first measures to address the energy crisis.

92% of respondents expressed concern about developments in the Middle East.
