Hellenic Police: File Privacy Breach Complaints via gov.gr

The Hellenic Police (EL.AS.) has announced that citizens can now file complaints regarding breaches of electronic and telephone communication privacy through the gov.gr platform.

Complaints must be submitted under the complainant's name to the Cyber Crime Division.

To submit a complaint, citizens must use their personal web banking codes or their Taxisnet login credentials. They must also provide a detailed description of the complaint (what, where, when, how) and attach any relevant supporting material.

Depending on the nature of the offense, further communication with the Cyber Crime Division may be required, and the procedures of the Code of Criminal Procedure for filing a complaint must be followed.
